  • Mislead other members.
  • Impersonate artists or users.

Authentic communities create authentic discoveries.

5. Comments & Discussions

Comments should contribute positively to the conversation.

Good examples include:

  • Sharing what you enjoyed about a song.
  • Offering respectful suggestions.
  • Discussing lyrics or production.
  • Encouraging artists.

Please avoid:

  • Insults
  • Spam
  • Off-topic advertising
  • Repeated messages
  • Provocation

6. Artist Profiles

Artists should represent themselves honestly.

Please ensure that:

  • Profile information is accurate.
  • Artwork belongs to you or is properly licensed.
  • Uploaded music is your own or you have permission to distribute it.
  • Metadata is truthful.

False claims about ownership or identity may result in removal of content.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Respect creativity.

Only upload music, artwork, lyrics or other content that you own or have permission to use.

Do not:

  • Re-upload someone else’s music.
  • Upload copyrighted material without authorization.
  • Claim ownership of work that is not yours.

Copyright reports will be investigated promptly.

8. Artificial Streaming & Manipulation

NEMUZY values real listeners.

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Stream manipulation.
  • Automated listening.
  • Bots.
  • Purchased followers.
  • Fake engagement.
  • Artificial chart boosting.

Achievements should always reflect genuine community support.

9. Privacy

Respect the privacy of other members.

Never publish another person’s:

  • Personal information
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Private messages
  • Financial information

without their permission.

10. Safe Communication

Whether you are messaging an artist, replying to a comment or joining discussions:

  • Be respectful.
  • Be patient.
  • Assume good intentions.
  • Help build a positive atmosphere.

11. Reporting Problems

If you notice:

  • Spam
  • Harassment
  • Copyright infringement
  • Fake accounts
  • Abuse
  • Fraud
  • Security concerns

please report the content through the available reporting tools or contact our support team.

Reports are reviewed as quickly as possible.

12. Moderation

To protect the community, NEMUZY may:

  • Remove content.
  • Hide comments.
  • Limit features.
  • Suspend accounts.
  • Permanently ban accounts in serious or repeated cases.

Moderation decisions are made to protect the integrity of the platform.
